Necessary removal of the following trees due to unacceptable risk to persons and property
per pursuant to Florida Statute § 163.045.
1. One 38" DBH live oak tree (rear center) of back yard, has an unacceptable lean towards
home. The upper canopy has been cut back in the past, leaving large leads that now have
weak attachment points. Due to the above in conjunction with dominant lean towards the
home and a risk of uproot failure towards home. This tree should be considered for
removal at this time.
2. One 12" DBH palm tree on the left side with vines with a dominant lean towards
neighbors home.
Necessary removal of the following trees due to proposed pool construction and outbuilding.
3. One 28" DBH live oak tree on the right side rear.
4. One 24" DBH live oak tree in the rear right fenceline.
5. One 12" DBH sabal palm tree on the left side rear
6. One 12" and 18" codominant maple tree
Note: The 28" DBH live oak tree in decline due to surrounding canopy of the right side
neighbor's larger live oak tree.
