To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Water oak tree that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person and property. The tree contains large holes in the trunk where
visible rot can be seen throughout the tree. the tree is full of dead branches and is completely dead.
The tree is a hazard and should be removed.
