I’m not great at using your automated system but wanted to let you know the status of your comments and where we are at getting them completed on this project. I’ve hi-lited the items we are still working to provide. If I’m missing something please let me know so we can address it (the numbers below correspond to your 6 comments): 1. After the zoning turn down a few days ago we are going to cut down the corner to remove a total 2.5 sf and stay off the setback. We are revising those plans and will resubmit as soon as received form the Architect. 2. Attached is the certified survey 3. The addition is the same elevation of the current structure and we’ve requested the surveyor to make another visit and confirm that elevation is above the 8.5 NAVD 4. We understand the utility department has approved our plans satisfying your concern here and it needed no further attention. 5. The confusion we had over the location of the gazebo/hot-tub cover can hopefully be clarified by looking at Sheet 104 of the plan set and the as built survey submitted above. The tub is being relocated the existing octagonal structure is being demolished. Both the old octagonal structure being demolished and the new rectangular cover have been referred to as “Gazebo” on the plans. The new gazebo structure covering the hot tub in its new location is shown in detail on sheet 102 as “hot tub cover”. The tub is being relocated to the new structure. Please let me know if this is not clear. 6. We are not removing any trees in this project. Thank you for your response if my understandings above are incorrect or we need to submit it in some different fashion.
