ORDINANCE NO. 95-95-63
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ADMINISTRATION,
ARTICLE V, BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS, DIVISION 2,
CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD, DELETING SECTIONS 2-
147 THROUGH 2-151, AND CREATING A NEW SECTION
2-147 ADOPTING FLORIDA STATUTES, CHAPTER 162,
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic
Beach, Florida:
SECTION 1. Chapter 2, Administration, Article V, Boards and
Commissions, Division 2, Code Enforcement Board is hereby amended
to delete Sections 2-147 through 2-151 and to create a new Section
2-147 adopting Florida Statutes, Chapter 162, and providing an
effective date.
Sec. 2-147. Adoption of Florida Statutes, Chapter 162.
Florida Statutes, Chapter 162, is hereby adopted, subject to
modifications, changes and amendments set forth in this article,
for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the
enforcement of the codes and ordinances of the city of Atlantic
Beach.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its final passage and adoption.
