~"` AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 5, BEACHES AND PARKS, ARTICLE III,
PUBLIC PARKS, ADDING A NEW SECTION 5-32, TO ESTABLISH A
SCHEDULE OF PARKS AND RECREATION FEES, AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE TT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE
OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Sec. 5-32 of the. Code of ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida,
is hereby created to establish the following fees and charges for the use of City facilities
and for other Parks and Recreation activities:

Lost key charge
Beach Permit
Summer Camp
Annual Camp-out
Campin on Dutton Island

$50.00 plus a refundable deposit of $100 00

$30 00 per event plus a refundable deposit
of $100.00. (This fee onl~pplies for fires
on the beach.)
$45.00 per week. However for children
who qualify for free or reduced-rice
lunches at their schools the cost will be
$50.40 per child for the duration of the
summer came.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately-upon its final
adoption.
