AN ORDINANCE Regulating the Use of Aeroplanes and
Heavier than Air Craft Within and Above the Corporate Limits
of the Town of Atlantic Beach, Florida, and Prescribing Certain
Penalties for the' Violation Thereof:
BE IT Oi-tDAINED BY TEL COUNCIL OF
THE TON OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person
to start or take off or alight an aeroplane or any heavier than
air craft on the ocean beach within the Town limits of Atlantic
reach, Florida, or to use the said ocean beach as a landing field
for any such aeroplane or heavier than air craft .
Section 2 . That it shall be unlawful for any person
or persons to fly an aeroplane or any heavier than air craft over
any portion of the incorporated limits of the gown of Atlantic
Beach, Florida, at an altitude of less than five hundred ( 500)
feet .
Section 3. That any person or persons violating any
of the provisions of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, bepun-
ished by a fine not exceeding ;,;-100.00, or by imprisonment for a
period not exceeding thirty (30) days .

March 8th, 193, passed by the Town Council on third and final
reading April 6, 1937 , certified to the i,_ayor April 6
1937.
