To whom it may concern,
My name is Kyle Stoudenmire and I am an ISA certified arborist and I work for Yellowstone
Landscape. On July 11th of 2023 Yellowstone Landscape observed a large dead winged elm at 1510
Selva Marina Dr. in Atlantic Beach. The tree is dead and is deemed hazardous and should be removed
immediately to mitigate any risks of personal or property damage to this residence. Please see photos
in tree removal proposal.
