To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Water Oak that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree is full of holes and dead branches. There
is no way to save the tree or reduce the risk that is causes to the property. The tree is a hazard and
should be removed.
