Atlantic Beach, Fl January 12, 2021 Upon inspection of the property, I found three trees that should be removed. First tree is a Quercus virginiana, (Live oak) that has a large wound on the base of the trunk. The wound has mushrooms growing on it which indicates the wood is starting to rot. This makes the tree unstable and a potential hazard to the property. The tree should be removed and replaced with a similar species of tree. Second and third tree are cojoined Quercus laurifolia, (Water oaks) that have visible rot as well. One of the trunks were damaged in a hurricane and never healed properly. Mushrooms are growing around the wound and rot is visible. Also, the trunk has a large hole in the base and rotting wood can be seen going into the heart of the tree. This defect makes the trees very dangerous and they should be removed. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. Best regards, /s/ Joe Musgrove Joe Musgrove
