To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Water Oak That needs to be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person and property. The tree has large holes in the trunk where
visible rot can be seen on the inside of the tree. The tree is full of dead branches. One very large
branch just fell and barely missed the house. The tree is declining in health rapidly. There is no
wat to reduce the high that risk this tree poses to the property. The tree is a hazard to person and
property and should be removed.
