AN ORDINANCE Authorizing the Lithographing of Certain
Signatures on the"Town of Atlantic Beach Municipal Building Bonds, Issue
of 1938", the "Town of Atlantic Beach Streets Improvement Bonds, Issue
of 1938" , and the `'Town of Atlantic Beach Incinerator and Garbage Bonds,
Issue of 1938".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
The several and respective signatures of E. L. Chiasson,
President of the Town Council of the Town of Atlantic Beach,Florida, of
J. C.Outler, Member of the said Counsil, of M.V.Osborne , Treasurer
of the said Town, and of C . R. Frazier, Clerk of the said Town, may each.
be lithographed in their several and respective appropriate places upon
each and every, all and singular, the following described bonds and
their coupons thereunto severally attached , with the same full force and
effect as though said signatures were in each respective instance
personal and original; to-wit:
1. "Town of Atlantic Beach Municipal Building Bonds,
Issue of 1938" ,
2. "Town of Atlantic Beach Streets Improvement Bonds,
Issue of 1938" , and
3. "Town of Atlantic Beach Incinerator and Garbage Bonds,
Issue of 1938" .

Florida, on first reading Nj 1938; passed by the said

correct printed copy of Ordinance No. of the Town of Atlantic
Beach, Florida, as the same appears on file and of record in the
office of the Town Clerk of said Town; and that said Ordinance was
duly passed by the Town Council of said Town on third and final
reading on the day of 19_, and was duly approved by
the Mayor of said Town on said date , all as recited in said copy.
