AN ORDINANCE Declaring that the "Town of Atlantic Beach
Municipal Building Bonds,Issue of 1938" , the "Town of Atlantic Beach
Streets Improvement Bonds , Issue of 1938" , and the "Town of Atlantic
Beach. Incinerator and Garbage Bonds , Issue of 1938" , Shall Bear
Thereon the usual Validation Certificate.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: Each and every, all and singular, the "Town
of Atlantic Beach Municipal Building Bonds, Issue of 1938", the
Town of Atlantic Beach Streets Improvement Bonds, Issue of 1938" ,
and the "Town of Atlantic Beach Incinerator and Garbage Bonds, Issue
of 1938" , shall, before delivery thereof, be stamped, or have written
thereon, the words --
Validated and confirmed on the 3rd day of May, A. D. 1938,
by decree of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit, in and
for Duval County, Florida".
Section 2: E.L.Chiasson, President of the Town Council of the
said Town, J. C.Outler , Member of the said Council, M. V. Osborne ,
Treasurer of the said Town, and C . R. Frazier, Clerk of the said Town,
are hereby authorized and directed to stamp or write upon the said
bonds, prior to the said delivery thereof, the above inscription.
Section 3: C.C.Howell,Jr. , attorney for the said Town is
hereby authorized and directed to secure the signature of the Clerk
of the said Court upon the said bonds prior to their delivery, and
after they have , by the said municipal officers, been certificated
as aforesaid.
Passed by the Town Council of the Town of Atlantic Beach,
