BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF ATLANTIC BEACH, DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA;
Section 1 ; It shall be unlawful for any person,
firm, or corporation to leave garbage of any kind or
nature whatsoever outside of any structure , building, or
dwelling within the Town limits of the Town of Atlantic
Beach, Duval County, Florida, unless such garbage is
securely contained in and entirely enclosed by a can or

receptacle in good. condition, place within easy ac.

Sectionj; Whosoever violates Section 1 of this
Ordinance is guilty of a misdemeanor; and upon conviction
thereof shall, in the discretion of the Municipal Judge,
be punished by a fine not to exceed X50.00, or by im-
prisonment for a period not in excess of 20 days, or by
both such fine and such imprisonment; and each several-
day' s violation of said Section 1 shall be considered a
separate and distinct offense under the terms hereof.
