AN ORDINANCE Prohibiting Undressing, the Changing
of Clothing, and the Participating in or Having of
a Picnic, on the Ocean Beach; and Prescribing Pen-
alties for Its Violation.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE TOVN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF ATLANTIC BEACH, DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 1: It shall be unlawful for any person to
undress, change their clothing upon, or have or participate
in a picnic on the ocean beach within the corporate limits
of the Town of Atlantic Beach, Duval County, Florida.
Section 2: Whosoever violates Section 1 of this
Ordinance is guilty of a misdemeanor; and upon conviction
thereof shall, in the discretion of the Municipal Judge, be
punished by a fine not to exceed $50.00, or by imprisonment
for a period not in excess of 30 days , or by both such fine
and imprisonment.
