AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF ATLANTA STREET INTHECORPORATELIMITSOFTHETOWNOFATLANTICBEACH, DUVAL COUNTYFLORIDA:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE idAYOR AND THE TONN COUNCIL OF THETOWNOFATLANTICBEACH, DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the name of the Street formerly and
heretofore known as"Atlanta Street", in the corporate limits
of the Town of Atlantic Beach, Duval County, Florida, be and
the same is hereby changed to "Ahern Street"; by which name
the said street shall forwith and henceforth be known, called
and designated.
Passed by the Town Council on First Reading July 11 1945.
Passed by the Town Council on Second Reading July 11 1945.
Passed on Third and Fian1 Reading by the Town Council ,
kagust 7th 1945 and submitted to and ai,proved by the
Mayor August 7th 1945.
