AN ORDINANCE To l.pprove and Adopt The Tax Assessment Poll
fear the Year 1945, and to Determine and Fix the Pate of Taxation And
ake the Annual Tax Levy of the Year 1945:
BE IT ORDAINED FY THE MAYOR AND TC'V; COUNCIL OF THS' TOWN
CF ATLANTIC REACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1 : That the Tax Aesessnent Roll of the Town of
Atlantic Reach, heretofore submitted to the Town Council by the Town
Tax Assessor, as thereafter and heretofore considered and acted upon by
said Turn Council, be, and it hereby is, approved and adopted as the
Tax Ar seremerat Roll of said Town for the year 1945.
Section 2: That upon all the taxable property in and of
the Town of Atlantic "'each, assessed upon the said Tax Assessment Roll
of said Town for the year 1945 , as thus adopted and approved by the Town
Council, there is hereby levied, for all Town purposes for said year
Except for payLents due or to become due upon Seawall Fonds) a tax
of Ib' mills.
Section 3: That upon all the taxable property in and of
the Town of Atlantic Beach, assessed upon ghe said tax acrensnent roll
of said Town for the year 1944:--as thus adopted and approved by the
Town Council, there in hereby levied, for payments due or to become
due the Seawall Bonds in said year, a tax of /i mills.
Section 4: That the rate of taxation all said property,
so asaensed upon said Tax A.ssessiocnt Roll , for and on account of the
several purposes aforesaid, is hereby deteemined and fixed at the total
rate ofof1ilia.cills upon each Dollar of the valuation assessed on said
roll for and in respect of each parcel of property thereon assessed
severally and respectively.
