AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 50, entitled "AN
ORDINANCE Providing for the zoning of the Town of Atlantic Beach,
Duval County, Florida, under arid Pursuant to Chapter 19688
of the Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1939, entitled
An Act Authorizing the Town of Mantic Beach, Florida to
Provide For, and Prescribe Zoning Regulations; And Repealing
Chapter 16313, Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1933, Entitled
An Act to provide and Authorize the Town of Atlantic Beach,
Duval County, Florida, to provide and prescribe zoning regulations"
by amending the Zoning Map of the Town of Atlantic Beech, Florida.
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the said Town of Atlantic Beach,
Duval County, Florida, has been duly petitioned to make certain
changes in the "Zoning Map of the Toviri of Atlantic Beach, Florida" ,
and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the said petition the said
Town Council caused to be posted on the property in question
the proper notice of contemplated change and caused public
notice to be inserted in the Beach Reporter setting a date
for public hearing, and

to making the changes asked for ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOKA OP ATLANTIC BEACH, DUVAL COU 'TY, FLORIDA
SECTIOh 1 That the said Ordinance No. 50 be and it
is hereby amended by adopting, establishing and ordaining
a change in the "Zoning Map of the Town of Atlantic Beach,
Florida" attached to and made a part of the said Ordinance
No. 50, by placing Lots Nos. 836, 839, 840, 841, 842, 843,
844, 845, 846, 847, 848, 849, 850, 851, 852, 653 and 854
in the Saltair Subd`vision in Business A.

Passed on Third and Final Reading February 5, 1946.
