AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 70, ENTITLED
AN ORDNANCE Regulating the Keeping of Dogs in the Torn of
Atlantic Beach, Duval County, Florida; Authorizing the
Impounding of Stray Dogs and the Sale or Destruction of
Unredeemed Impounded Dogs ur any Vicious Dogs Found In_ or
Upon the Public Streets or Places in said Town in Violation
of this Ordinance; and Providing a Penalty for the Punishment
of Persons Unlawfully permitting Amy Dog to Go at Large In
or Upon the Public Streets or Places in said Town" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COU'?CIL OF
THE TOWN OF ATLANTIC BEACH, DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA, That
SECTION 1 Ordinance No. 70 , rearing the aforesaid
title and Caption be , and the same is hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance nha 1 take affect upon
its passage and app.-ulal by the Mayor.
