AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 24
entitled " An Ordinance Creating and Providing for the
Continued Maintenance of Safety Bathing and Recreation
Zones Along and Upon the Ocean Front in the Corporate
Limits of the Town of Atlantic Beach, Florida"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That section 1 of Ordinance No.24,
entitled " An Ordinance Creating and Providing for the
Continued maintenance of Safety Bathing and Recreation
Zones along and Upon the Ocean Front in the Corporate
Limits of the Town of Atlantic Beach, Florida" be , and the
same is hereby amended by striking and eliminating from the
ninth, tenth and eleventh lines of Section 1, thereof, the
language " upon which latter occasions the prohibited time
for such operations or riding as aforesaid shall be from
nine o'clock A.M. until 2 o' clock P.M." and substituting
therefore the language " Upon Which latter occasions the
prohibited time for such operations or riding as aforesaid
shall ,be from Nine o'clock A.M. until seven (7) o' clock
P.M."

May 27, 1946; passed by the Town Council on second reading
May 27, 1946; passed by the Town Council on third and final
reading 44- 1946; and certified to the
Mayor r,, 1946.
