AN ORDINANCE Regulating the Hours of Sale
of Alcoholic Beverages.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE MIN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF ATLANTIC BEACH, DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 1: It shall be unlawful for any person
engaged in the business of selling, servinL: or dispensing
alcoholic beverages, including wines and beers, to sell,
serve or give away or cause or permit to be sold, served
or given away, any alcoholic beverage, including wines and
beers, between the hours of 2 o'clock A.M. and 8 o ' clock A.M.
of the weekday; and between the hours of 2 o 'clock A.I,:.
and 12:30 o 'clock P.M. and between the hours of 8 o 'clock P.M.
Sunday and $ o'clock:, A.M. the ollowinP. Monday.

Section 2 : Any person, firm, or in the case of a
corporation, any officer thereof, violating any of the
provisions hereof, shall, upon conviction, be punished by
a fine not exceeding 4 /OO for each offense .
