We are sorry for any inconvenience which may have been caused on our end.
We have verified for you that there is insulation in the outside walls
(See your item #2). It was installed on October 27, 1987.
Tom would like to set up a meeting with you at the duplex to go over
the other items on your, list when it is convenient.
