BE IT OR.DAINLD BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF ATLANTIC BEACH , DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA,
SECTION 1. That Section 4, of Ordinance No. 75, beinganOrdinanceentitledasaforesaid, be and the same is herebyamendedtoreadasfollows :
Section 4. That the vendors of beer, wines
liquors and other alcoholic beverages shall pay
to the Town an annual license tax in that amount
which each such vendor is required to pay as an
annual license tax to the State of Florida as pro-
vided from time to time by the laws of said State.
