AN ORDINANCE To approve and AdIpt the Tax Assessment Roll for the
year ,1947, and to Determine and Fix the Rate of Taxation and Make
the Annual Tax Levy of the Year 1947:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR PND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TONN OF ATLANTIC
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section l: That the Tax Assessment Roll of the Town of Atlantic
Beach, heretofore -ubmitted to the Town Council by the Town Tax
Assessor, as thereafter the heretofore considered and acted upon
by said Town Council, be , and it hereby is, approved and adopted
as the Tax Assessment Roll of the said Town for the year 1947 .
Section 2 : That upon all the taxable property in and of the
Town of Atlantic Beach, assessed upon the said Tax Assessment
Roll of said To ,n for the year 1947, as this adopted and ap-
proved by the Town Council , there is hereby levied, for all Town
purposes for said year (Except payments due or to become due
upon Seawall Bonds) a tax of 15 mills.
Section 3: That upon all the taxable property in and of the
Town of Atlantic Beach, assessed upon the said Tex Assessment
o11 of sold Town for the your 1947, as this adopted and ap-
proved by the Town Council , there is hereby levied, for pay-
ments due or to become due on the Seawall Bonds in said your ,
a tax of 1 mill.
Section 4: That the rate of taxation upon all said property, so assessed
upon said Tax Assessment Roll , for Lmlon account of the several
purposes aforesaid, is hereby determined and fixed at the total
rate of 16 mills upon each Dollar of the valuation
asseased on said Roll for and in respect of each parcel of proper. -
ty thereon assessed severally and respectively.
