AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 50 " ENTITLED ' "AN
ORDINANCE providing for the Zoning of the Town of Atlantic
Beach, Duval County, Florida, Under and Pursuant to Chapter
19688 of the Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1939, Entitled
AN ACT Authorizing the Town of Atlantic Beach, Florida, to
Provide For, and Prescribe Zoning Regulations; and Repealing
Chapter 16313 , Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1933 , Entitled
AN ACT to Provide and Authorize the Town of Atlantic Beach,
Duval County, Florida, to Provide and Prescribe Zoning
Regulations" .
WHEREAS the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of At-
lantic Beach did hold a public hearing at $:00 o'clock P. M. ,
on November 10, 1947 on the proposal to amend Ordinance No.
50, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, so as to designate
the territory in said Town hereinafter described as Residence
B District, after having given fifteen days notice of the
time and place of said hearing, on said proposal by publish-
ing the same, in the manner required by Chapter i96$$, Laws of
Florida, Special Acts of 1939, now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
SECTION L. That the territory of the Town of Atlantic
Beach described as follows:
Lots 360, 361 362, 363 , SALTAIR SUBDIVISION:
Lots '1, 3 , 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 , 15, 17, 19, 21,
23 , 25 , 27 , 29, 31, 33 and 35, of Block
Five (5) , and Lots 2 , 4, 6, $, 10, 12 , 14,
16, 1$, 20, 22, 24 26, 2$, 30, 32 , 34 and
36 of Block Six (6)
SUBDIVISION: Lots 2$, 29, 30 and 31
ATLANTIC BEACH TERRACE,
is hereby designated as a Residence B District, within the
meaning of Residence B Districts, as provided by said Ordi-
nance No. 50 of the Town of Atlantic Beach, commonly known
as the Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby
repealed.
