112 vORDINANCE NO. / / 07. AN ORDINANCE closing to all traffic a portion of each of those two certain streets in the Town of Atlantic Beach, Florida, known and designated as 7th Street and 15th Street . BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR ASD TOWN COUNCIL OF THEā€¢ TOWN OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. The Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Atlantic Beach, Florida, have found and hereby declare that by reason of damage by storm to the easterly terminus of each of those streets within the said Town known as 7th Street and 15th Street all that portion of said 7th Street extending westerly a distance of 7,)-- feet from the north and south line of the sea wall and all that portion of said 15th Street extending westerly a distance of feet from said line of said wall have become and are dangerous to traffic both vehicular and pedestrian, and that there is no prospect that said conditions can be remedied in the near future. SECTION 2. That all that portion of 7th Street extending westerly a distance of 75 feet from the north and south line of the sea wall and all that portion of said 15th Street extending westerly from said line of said wall a distance of feet, be and the same are hereby severally closed to all traffic, both vehicular and pedestrian and all traffic on said respective areas is hereby prohibited. SECTION 3. ihe Town Supervisor is hereby ordered and directed to place at the westerly end of each of said closed areas a substantial bar or barricade together with a proper notice reading that said respective areas are closed to all traffic and that traffic thereon is prohibited.
