AN ORDINANCE AMaiDING ORDINANCE NO. 96 , Entitled "AN ORDINANCE
REGULATING THE HOURS OF SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES".
BE IT +ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COULCIL, OF THE
TOPiN OF ATLANTIC BtACH, DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That Ordinance No. 96, o ttitled "An
Ordinance Regulating The Hours of Salo of Alcoholic Beverages,
be and the same if hereby amended by striking there from Section
1 and substituting therefor the following pro*ds and figures;
Section 1 : It shall be unlawful for any person engaged in the
business of selling, serving or dispensing alcoholic beverages,
including wines and boors, to sell, serve or give away or cause
or permit to be sold, served or given away, any alcoholic beverage,
including winos and boors, between the hours of two ( 2) o'clock
A. M. and 8 o 'clock A. M.of the weekday; and between the hours of
2 A. M. and twelve thirty (12:30) o 'clock P. M. Sunday.
Section 2 All other sections of the said
Ordinance No. 96 shall remain in full effect.
