AN ORDINANCE Prohibiting the 0ischagge of Fire Arms ,
Air Guns, Air Rifles and Air Pistols within the Limits of the
Town of Atlantic Beach , Juvai ,County, Florida and Providing for
Penalties for Violation thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE hAYUR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF ATLANTIC BEACH , DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section I. Th-,t it shill be unlawful to discharge any fire
arm or any loaded air gun, air rifle , air pistol or similar
deviPe with in the Town Limits of the said Town of Atlantic
Beach , Florida.
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance upon conviction thereof, shall be
punished by a fine not exceeding 4 ,5-
00-% or imprisoned

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passage and approval by the I,ayor .
