AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO . 50, ENTITLED "AN
ORDINANCE providing for the Zoning of the Town of Atlantic
Beach, Duval County, Florida, Under and Pursuant to Chapter
196$8 of the Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1939, Entitled
IAN ACT Authorizing the Town of Atlantic Beach, Florida , to
Provide For, and Prescribe Zoning Regulations; and Repealing
Chapter 1633, Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1933, Entitled
IAN ACT to Provide and Authorize the Town of Atlantic Beach,
Duval County, Florida, to Provide and Prescribe Zoning Regula-
tions" , by setting aside the provisions of Section K of
Article III of the said Ordinance in so far as Lot 6, Block 11
is affected thereby,
BE IT+'ORDAINED BY THE 14YOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF ATLANTIC- BEACH;WlAkDA,
SECTION 1. That Section K of Article III of the above
named Ordinance be and it is hereby amended in so far as Lot 6,
Block 11 is concerned, permitting on the said lot the erection
of secondary building.
SECTION 2. Be it further ordained that this Ordinance
shall become effective upon its passage.
