AN ORDINANCE Amending Ordinance No. 73 entitled
An Ordinance Creating, Providing for, and Defin-
ing the Duties , Powers and Limitations of, the
Office of Town Supervisor in, at , and for the Town
of Atlantic Beach, Duval County, Florida" by
changing the designation of the Office of Town
Supervisor to that of Town Manager.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF ATLANTIC BEACH , DUVAL C OUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 73 , entitled:
An Ordinance Creating, Providing for, and Defin-
ing the Duties , Powers and Limitations of, the
Office of Town Supervisor in, at , and for the Town
of Atlantic Beach , Duval County, Florida"
be and the same is hereby amended so that the words , "Town
Supervisor" wherever used ins aid Ordinance No . 73 , shall
read "Town Manager" .
Section 2 : In all other respects said Ordinance No.
73 shall remain in full force and effect .
