AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 96, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE
REGULATING THE HOURS OF SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF ATLANTIC BLICH, DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 96, entitled "An
Ordinance Regulating The Hours of Sale of Alcoholic Beverages,
be and the same if hereby amended by striking therefrom
Section 1 and substituting therefor the following words and
figures; Section 1: It shall be unlawful for any person en-
gaged in the business of selling, serving or dispensing
alcoholic beverages, including wines and beers, to sell, serve
or give away or cause or permit to be sold, served or given
aw::.y or cause or permit to be sold, served or given away, any
alcoholic beverage, including wines and beers, between the hours
of Four (4) o'clock A.M. and $ o' clock A.M. of the weekday; and
between the hours of 4 A..I4. and twelve thirty (12:30) o' clock P.
1.1. Sunday.
SECTION 2: All other sections of the said Ordinance
No. 96 shall remain in full effect.
SECTION 3 : Ordinance No. 113 is hereby repealed; and
this Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage .
