The intent ofthis letter is to release work performed at the project referenced above.
Please be advised that in lieu of what has been stated on the Permit Documents, we will be implementing 2
x 10 Floor Joists at the Main Structure rather than 2 x 12's and we will be using 2 x 8 Floor )oists at the step
down to the Deck area. We will LUS210 at each end for all 2 x 105 and LUS28 at each end for all 2 x 85
This concludes our responses to above issued review comments and it is to the best of the
Engineer & Consultants' knowledge: the plans and specifications comply with the applicable minimum
building codes and the applicable fire -safety standards as determined by local authority in accordance with
International Codes and all state adopted statutes Please at your earliest convenience notify us if any
