Resolution No. 23-44RESOLUTION NO. 2344 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE 2024-2033 10 -YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLANS (EXHIBIT A) FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT AND THE PUBLIC UTILITIES DEPARTMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, City staff has updated the 10 -year Capital Improvement Plans (Exhibit A) for the Public Works Department and the Public Utilities Department which defines the Public Works and Public Utilities capital projects proposed to be undertaken by the City over the ensuing 10 year period; and WHEREAS, on September 25, 2023, the 2024-2033 Capital Improvement Plans (Exhibit A) for the Public Works Department and the Public Utilities Department were presented to the City Commission for review and prioritization. NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach as follows: Section 1. The above recitals are true and correct, and are incorporated herein. Section 2. The Atlantic Beach City Commission hereby adopts Resolution No. 23-44 adopting the 2024-2033 10 -Year Capital Improvement Plans (Exhibit A) for the Public Works Department and Public Utilities Department.as the City's list of capital projects proposed to be undertaken with the understanding that implementation of any project listed in the Capital Improvement Plans is subject to budget appropriation. Section 3. This Resolution is shall take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
