The permit must first be renewed and then an inspection needs to be
requested so that the inspectors can come out to the house and check
that your pool company did everything correctly. You can call or you
can get back in touch with your pool builder and have them call to
finish what they started. They should have done this when they finished
the pool but failed to do so. Below is the information from the building
department on the permit renewal fee and payment instructions.
Building stated that you also have an open fence permit. There is no
renewal fee for that one. You just need to call the inspection line and
ask for an inspection. Someone from zoning will pop by just to make
sure the fence was installed where they said it was going and it’s the
height that they said it would be.

permits POOL21-0021 and ERES21-0254 at 1827 Tierra Verde Dr by credit
card using the link below – please note there is a 2.89% fee to do so.

You can pay by check or cash by visiting City Hall.
Once you’ve paid, please forward your receipt to Building-Dept@coab.us
