A review of the building department records for 325 COUNTRY CLUB LN was conducted on 11/8/2023. The City of Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances: NATURE OF VIOLATION: According to building department records,permit POOL20-0032 was issued on 11/10/2020 to construct a pool at this property. There have been no inspections for over 180 days,the permit has not been finaled and it is now expired. In accordance with the Florida Building Code, pool inspections are required. APPLICABLE CODE: 110.3 Required inspections. -The building official upon notification from the permit holder or his or her agent shall make the following inspections, and shall either release that portion of the construction or shall notify the permit holder or his or her agent of any violations which must be corrected in order to comply with the technical codes. The building official shall determine the timing and sequencing of when inspections occur and what elements are inspected at each inspection. 7. Swimming pool inspection. First inspection to be made after excavation and installation of reinforcing steel, bonding and main drain and prior to placing of concrete. Final inspection to be made when the swimming pool is complete and all required enclosure requirements are in place. In order to pass fmal inspection and receive a certificate of completion, a residential swimming pool must meet the requirements relating to pool safety features as described in Section 454.2.17 of this code. This letter requests that the noted violation(s) be corrected by renewing the permit and requesting an inspection within ten (10) days of the receipt of this notice.
