Dear Mr. Kulik:
SES Environmental Resource Solutions LLC (ERS) conducted a wetland assessment of your property
located at 530 Sherry Drive in Atlantic Beach, Florida on 18 October 2023. The entirety of the fenced
backyard is a maintained St. Augustine grass lawn with landscaping. Soils within this area are comprised of
fill material; no hydric soil indicators or visible signs of hydrology were observed. No portions of your backyard
meet the state definition of a wetland (62-340, F.A.C.) or include vegetative of hydrologic indicators indicative
of wetland conditions.
