PROVIDE IP ROUTER AND GATEWAYS AS REQUIRED FOR A FULL FUNCTIONING CONTROL SYSTEM AND USER PROVIDED INTERFACE TO CONTROL SYSTEM 3. PROVIDE SYSTEM AND EQUIPMENT GRAPHICS FOR UI 4. DIAGRAM IS SCHEMATIC IN NATURE AND THE CONTROLS CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH THE EQUIPMENT SUPPLIERS TO PROVIDE A NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE AS REQUIRED TO MEET THE CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS. 5. TO USERS NETWORK BACNET MSTP NETWORK FAN COIL UNITS AND EXISTING AIR HANDLING UNITS: THE BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM (BAS) SHALL MONITOR SPACE TEMPERATURE AND BE ABLE TO ADJUST ALL SETPOINTS AND TIME OF DAY PROGRAMMING. OCCUPIED/UNOCCUPIED MODE: THE THERMOSTAT SHALL INCLUDE A 7 DAY PROGRAMMABLE TIME OF DAY SCHEDULE HAT WILL ALLOW FOR SEPARATE OCCUPIED AND UNOCCUPIED COOLING AND HEATING SETPOINTS. HEAT/COOL MODE: WHEN THE SPACE TEMPERATURE RISES ABOVE THE OCCUPIED OR UNOCCUPIED COOLING SETPOINT THE UNIT SHALL BE PLACED IN THE COOLING MODE, UNIT'S FAN SHALL CYCLE ON AND THE COOLING COIL SHALL BE ENABLED TO MAINTAIN SPACE TEMPERATURE SETPOINT. WHEN THE SPACE TEMPERATURE DROPS BELOW THE SPACE COOLING SETPOINT DEADBAND, THE UNIT'S FAN SHALL BE DISABLED AND THE COOLING COIL DE-ENERGIZED. . WHEN THE SPACE TEMPERATURE FALLS BELOW THE OCCUPIED OR UNOCCUIPED HEATING SETPOINT , THE UNIT SHALL BE PLACED IN THE HEATING MODE, THE UNIT'S FAN SHALL CYCLE ON AND THE HEATING COIL SHALL BE ENABLED TO MAINTAIN SPACE TEMPERATURE SETPOINT. WHEN THE SPACE TEMPERATURE RISES ABOVE THE SPACE HEATING SETPOINT DEADBAND, THE UNIT'S FAN SHALL BE DISABLED AND THE HEATING COIL DE-ENERGIZED. . SMOKE DETECTOR SHUTDOWN (WHERE APPLICABLE): THE UNIT SHALL SHUT DOWN IN RESPONSE TO A SIGNAL FROM THE SMOKE DETECTOR INDICATING THE PRESENCE OF SMOKE. THE SMOKE DETECTOR SHALL BE INTERLOCKED TO THE UNIT THROUGH THE DRY CONTACTS OF THE SMOKE DETECTOR. A MANUAL RESET OF THE SMOKE DETECTOR SHALL BE REQUIRED TO RESTART THE UNIT. CONDENSATE OVERFLOW SHUTDOWN: THE UNIT SHALL SHUT DOWN IN RESPONSE TO A SIGNAL FROM THE CONDENSATE OVERFLOW SENSOR. THE SENSOR SHALL BE INTERLOCKED TO THE UNIT ENABLE CIRCUIT FOR IMMEDIATE SHUTDOWN OF COOLING. BUILDING PRESSURE MONITORING: A DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE TRANSDUCER (TOTAL OF 2 LOCATIONS) SHALL ACTIVELY MONITOR THE DIFFERENCE IN PRESSURE BETWEEN THE BUILDING (INDOORS) AND OUTDOORS. IF THE BUILDING PRESSURE DROPS BELOW THE THE DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SETPOINT, THE UNIT CONTROLLER SHALL GENERATE AN ALARM AT THE BAS UI. KITCHEN HOOD MONITORING: THE BAS SHALL MONITOR THE KITCHEN HOOD MAKE-UP AIR FAN ON/OFF OPERATION AND SHALL GENERATE AN ALARM IF THE UNIT IS OPERATING DURING NON-KITCHEN OPERATING HOURS.
