I am scheduled to work tomorrow and due to scheduled meetings and work
tempo, there is a very good chance that I will not be able to attend the
CRC meeting tomorrow night. Could you send out to all concerned the
attached proposal/Motion to all concerned? It is a Motion proposing to
revise the language in Article II, Section 10 which will serve to
clarify the language/intent regarding the "absence of the City Manager"
in Article III, Section 24.
