Upon inspection of the property, I found a Water Oak that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree is starting to uproot. The ground behind
the tree is lifted and the tree is leaning at a very bad angle. The tree is a hazard to the property and
should be removed.
