To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Sweet Gum Tree that should be removed. The
tree poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree is dying. The leaves are turning
brown and the trunk has visible rot on it. The tree is a hazard to the property and should be
removed.
