To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Live Oak that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree has uprooted and is leaning on a fence.
If the tree is not removed it will break through the fence and land in the neighbor’s yard. The tree
is a hazard to the property and should be removed.
