Re: Assessment Magnolia Trees

Review of the following magnolia trees, located at the above address reveals:
1.One 20” DBH magnolia tree on the right side has out grown its space between the homes and
has been over trimmed and is a failure risk to homes during normal weather events.
2.One 16” DBH magnolia tree in the front right of the driveway has a pronounced lean over the
driveway and home.
3.One 16” DBH magnolia tree in the front left of the driveway has a pronounced lean over
walkway, home and driveway.
4.One 24” DBH magnolia tree in the front left of driveway is damaging the concrete driveway
causing a tri, fall liability issue.
Trimming of the above trees will not reduce the risk of failure or future damage to property from
medium to low.
