6. Site cleanliness: Contractor must have the entire construction site cleaned by
Friday of each week. This means removal of scrap lumber,, concrete remnants,
and other such construction debris including cans,. metal, plastic and Paper

approved Erosion &Sediment Control Plan (silt fence, catch basin filters, etc.)
until sod or other stabilization has been placed an approved by Public Works.

Failure to comply with the Construction Site Management Ordinance may
result in a Stop Work Order being issued in accordance with City of Atlantic
Beach Code of Ordinances Sec. 6-17 (b),(3).

1. Access and parking at the owners driveway as shown
on s ite plan attached.
2. No construction trailers, and material will be stored in
the garage.
30, No chemical toilet, will be using owners restroom.
4. Debris stored in the garage and removed by dumpster
trailer.
5. No activity will be in the right of way.
6. All material will be removed and construction site will
be cleaned by the Friday of each week,.
7. Interior renovation, no exterior work.
