in the International Property Maintenance Code and the Florida Building Code and were adopted as part of the
City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances in Chapter 6, Article II, Section 6-16.
A code enforcement inspection at 546 AQUATIC DR was conducted on 2/8/2024. The City of Atlantic Beach
Code Enforcement has found your property to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances:
NATURE OF VIOLATION: This property is being advertised on www.vrbo.com as a short term rental. In
accordance with code, rentals within Atlantic Beach must be a minimum period of 90 days. Your listing
advertises, "Month long stays welcome!"
APPLICABLE CODE: Sec. 24-81 (1) Short term rentals prohibited. Private homes including but not limited to,
single-family homes,townhomes, duplexes, multi-family dwellings including condominiums and the like, shall
not be rented or leased for a term or period of less than ninety(90)days.No person(s)shall offer or advertise a
private home for rent or lease for a term or period of less than ninety(90)days.
This letter requests that the noted violation(s) be corrected by ceasing all advertising of and leasing of
short term rentals within one(1)day of the receipt of this notice.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Failure to correct the violation by the required date may result in
this case being referred to the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate resulting in fines up to two hundred fifty
dollars ($250.00) per day. Upon completion of the action required, it is your responsibility to contact me and

*COVID-19 SANITIZATION *
Heath,safety,and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason,we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning
after each check-out.
We charge a pet fee of$75 per stay for two pets maximum.This increases to$150/week and$200/month for longer term guests.Please submit
a special offer with this additional fee included through the platform when you book the unit for more than 7 nights.
*If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you than we reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or
charge an additional$100 on top of the original pet fee.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals,assuming we can offer this at all(we often can't so please never assume
this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure:$50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure:$100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure:$200
These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the
unit prior to your or the next set of guest's arrival.This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners,increasing the likelihood of them not
cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to.
This is our rental agreement that you accept upon reserving:Sick and tired of being blamed for damages by hosts?We got you covered.A non-
refundable trust and safety deposit is required and will be charged for the booking(No need for extra work,this is automated through Airbnb,
VRBO,and all online bookings platforms).
The SafelyStay,Inc.trust and safety fee includes up to$10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to$100,000 coverage for
accidental property damage and bodily injury.
• Please no eating or drinking in the bedrooms(closed water bottles are an exception).Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will
apply.
• Please no smoking on the property.Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided on the front
patio.An additional fee to remove stains/odors from cigarettes will apply.(smoke is really hard to get out)
• Pick up all trash before departing.Place all garbage in an outside trash can.
• Please wash all dishes. If the dishwasher was used, please run and unload the dishwasher prior to
departure.
•Do not open the windows.This is due to the extra security measures we have installed.
•Do not overload the washer/dryer. Do not wash sandy beach items or towels in the units. Empty the dryer lint trap after EVERY USE.Additional
fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use.
•The storage room is to remain closed at all times.
•Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests if they are not empty.We try our very best to ensure that it is
not expired or stale. HOWEVER,ultimately, it is up to the guests'
discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish.The host does not take any responsibility
for the consumables.
• Please do not rearrange the furniture.
• If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or
maintenance required,guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate
event that neighbors are disturbed, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY
IMMEDIATELY.
• NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OR GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY
