Good afternoon everyone,
Some agencies might have already issues a change of address for this
property. It appears, there was a miscommunication somewhere along the
way.
On April 30, 2021 the city issued a change of address for the same
property/parcel. The change of address was from 165 Donner Road to be
1505 Richardson Lane and 1507 Richardson Lane. I believe it was
inadvertently listed with the property appraiser as 1505 Francis Ave.
Regardless, the new addresses should be 1505 and 1507 Richardson Lane.
