To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found four Southern Pine trees that should be removed.
The trees pose an unnecessary risk to person or property. The trees are infested with Pine Bore
Beetles. The trunks of the trees are covered in small holes. Which is the first sign that the beetles
have infested the tree. The beetles eat the tree from the inside out compromising the integrity of
the wood. Causing the tree to ultimately die. The trees are growing in close proximity to the
house and are hazardous to the property. The trees should be removed.
