To Whom it May Concern:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Live Oak that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree has compromised the main sewer line
coming from the house that connect to the main road. The root system has entangled the pipes
and forced the neighbor’s homeowner to rig system above ground. In order to get to the broken
pipes, the driveway is going to be excavated and roots will need to be cut and dug out. New
pipes will be placed underground and ran to the house. The damage done to the Oak tree will kill
the tree and make it unstable. It will be a major hazard to this property and the neighbors. The
tree should be removed.
