To Whom It May Concern:
The intent of this letter is to address requirements of Bulletin 1-20 of the City of Atlantic Beach
Building Department.
As we understand required stormwater retention onsite will be provided less than 10 feet from the
foundation footprint of the Pool Cabana auxiliary structure at the project address identified above.
We have reviewed the proposed onsite stormwater retention locations as illustrated on “Site
Drainage Plan” issued by Alpha Southeast and signed by Florida Professional Engineer Reynold
D. Peterson on 11-10-2023. We conclude that the foundation system designed will not be
adversely affected by the adjacent stormwater depression grading of this site.
