I performed a Level 11 Tree Risk Assessment on a 32" Sycamore Tree located at 529 Sailfish Drive E,Atlantic-
Beach,Flon'da. The tree has Internal Decay present in the matin trank as well, as thee c --a- fid py. This isw-her,
the internal structure and vascular system are being destroyed by pathogens. There is also tip dieback visible
in the canopy. The invasive root system is growing under the foundation of the shed. There are signs of past
failures that have damaged the home.

Likelihood of failure: Probable
Likelihood of impact.- High
i.onsequences of failure.- Severe
Targets of failure are; 3 Homes, out buildings, people and pets
