We have reviewed the drainage plan by Alpha Southeast dated 02/13/2024 and have concluded
that the drainage plan does not affect the structural integrity of the foundation provided that the
footing is a minimum of 12” below grade and any drainage pond is min 2’ away from the
foundation.
