Side setbacks: The side setbacks must combine to equal at least 15 feet. Plans show 9.5 foot and 5 foot side setbacks.
Please submit a proposed grading plan with proposed elevations and drainage flows.
Sec. 24-172 requires second story side walls that exceed 35 feet in length to provide a horizontal offset or architectural design feature such as a bay
window or balcony. Please revise.
The maximum driveway width at the property line and through the right of way is 20 feet. The rest of the right-of-way area must be sod. Please show
that this will be met.
If fencing is part of this permit, please clearly show the proposed locations and heights.
Note that two 4 inch caliper shade trees are required on the lot per Sec. 24-172. At least one must be in the front yard.
